Saturday morning...and what a beautiful morning it is! Sun shining, birds singing, looking forward to a high of 75 - a perfect day to buy a house!We've been looking into land & housing options for the past 2 weeks and it seems we've found the area that God has for us. It's a place called Neighborhoods of Holly Ridge, only a little farther up the road from where we are now. We found a floorplan that we believe will be great for our first home; it's called the Baywood (click here to see). Here's the deal:
- Savannah blue siding w/navy blue shutters
- "River Rock" carpeting
- "stone"-looking vinyl in the kitchen/bathrooms
- Bone white paint on the walls (only had 3 choices - light, med or dark)
- "Mocha" cabinetry
- Brick-colored-brown countertop in the kitchen (it will go really well with the flooring)
All of that took place within a span of probably 2-3 hours...it was so exciting!
